A 41 story, twin tower, mixed use development with 201 luxury condominiums and 45,000 square feet of commercial space in Downtown San Diego that Accretive identified and acquired for Leucadia. Accretive further advised on the repositioning and pricing of the residential units, were the broker for the residential sales and sold the commercial space. The marketing campaign for The Harbor Club has been attributed as making a significant contribution to the downtown San Diego residential resurgence.
